Important Information About Our Sauces and Dressings
At Jerk Centre, we produce a range of authentic Jamaican jerk sauces and dressings made to bring bold Caribbean flavour to your meals.
We understand how important clear and accurate ingredient information is for customers living with food allergies, intolerances or other dietary requirements.
Before purchasing or consuming any Jerk Centre product, please carefully read the ingredients and allergen information printed on the product label.
Checking the Product Label
The packaging of each Jerk Centre sauce and dressing includes a full ingredients list. Any of the 14 allergens required to be declared under UK food law will be clearly emphasised within that list.
Recipes and ingredients can occasionally change. The information printed on the product label should therefore always be treated as the most accurate and up-to-date information.
Please do not rely solely on product photographs, older packaging or information you may have seen elsewhere.
Our product range
Our range currently includes:
Taste From the Ancestors Jamaican Jerk Sauce
Duppy Conqueror Jamaican Jerk Sauce
Badman Jamaican Jerk Sauce
Yardie Drizzle Honey, Lemon and Chilli Dressing
Each product has its own recipe and ingredients. A product that is suitable for one person may not necessarily be suitable for another, so please check every label individually.
The 14 Regulated Allergens
The 14 allergens that must be declared under UK food law are:
Celery, cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs, mustard, peanuts, sesame, soybeans, sulphur dioxide and sulphites above the regulated level, and tree nuts.
Please remember that some people may also be allergic or intolerant to ingredients that are not included within these 14 regulated allergens. Always read the complete ingredients list if you have a known allergy, intolerance or sensitivity.
cross contamination information
Where there is an identified risk that a product may unintentionally contain traces of an allergen, the relevant precautionary allergen statement will be displayed on the product packaging.
Please refer to the individual bottle label for any applicable “may contain” or “not suitable for” warning.
