Shipping & Returns Policy
Shipping & Delivery Policy
This Shipping and Delivery Policy applies to orders placed directly through the Jerk Centre website.
We aim to make our delivery charges and estimated delivery times clear before you place your order. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Our standard retail delivery charges are:
- UK standard delivery: £3.95
- Free UK standard delivery when your eligible product subtotal is £40 or more
The £40 free-delivery threshold is calculated after any discounts have been applied and before delivery charges are added.
The delivery charge applicable to your order will be displayed in your basket and at checkout before you place and pay for your order.
Retail orders are normally dispatched within 24–72 hours, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on bank holidays will normally begin processing on the next working day.
During especially busy periods, product launches or public holidays, dispatch may take longer. Where we become aware of a significant delay, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.
“Dispatch” means that your order has left Jerk Centre and has been handed to the delivery carrier. It does not mean that the order will be delivered within 24–72 hours.
After dispatch, estimated UK delivery times are:
- £3.95 standard delivery: usually 2–3 working days
- Free standard delivery on eligible orders over £40: usually 3–5 working days
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless we have expressly agreed a specific delivery date with you in writing.
We remain responsible for delivering your order without undue delay and within any legally required or expressly agreed delivery period.
The delivery options available for your address will be shown at checkout.
Please enter a complete and accurate delivery address, including the correct postcode. We cannot normally change an address after an order has been dispatched.
If we become aware that we cannot deliver to the address provided, we will contact you before dispatching the order.
Orders may be delivered by Royal Mail, FedEx or another suitable delivery carrier selected by Jerk Centre.
Where tracking is available, the tracking details will normally be sent by email after the order has been dispatched.
Tracking information may not update immediately after dispatch. Please allow the carrier reasonable time to scan the parcel into its network.
Jerk Centre remains responsible for the goods until they are delivered into the physical possession of:
- You;
- A person identified by you to receive the order; or
- A nominated safe place where you have expressly instructed or authorised the carrier to leave the parcel.
If a carrier leaves a parcel somewhere that you did not authorise, or delivers it to the wrong address, please contact Jerk Centre so that we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.
You should not be required to resolve a missing or incorrectly delivered order directly with the carrier. We may contact the carrier as part of our investigation.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please check:
- The tracking information;
- The delivery address on your confirmation email;
- Whether the carrier has left a delivery card;
- Any nominated safe place;
- Whether the parcel has been left with a neighbour.
If the parcel still cannot be located, contact us at:
Please include your name, order number and delivery postcode.
We will investigate the delivery with the carrier. Your contract is with Jerk Centre, and your statutory rights are not affected by any investigation we undertake with the carrier.
Where an order is confirmed as lost, we will offer an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement or refund.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please check:
- The tracking information;
- The delivery address on your confirmation email;
- Whether the carrier has left a delivery card;
- Any nominated safe place;
Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
Contact us promptly if:
- A bottle arrives broken;
- A bottle is leaking;
- A tamper-evident seal is damaged;
- The outer packaging is seriously damaged;
- Products are missing; or
- You receive the wrong product.
Please provide your order number and, where possible, photographs of:
- The damaged product;
- The internal and external packaging; and
- The delivery label.
Photographs help us investigate the matter with the carrier, but failing to provide photographs does not automatically remove your statutory rights.
Please do not consume a product if its bottle, cap or tamper-evident seal has been damaged.
Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy.
Customers are responsible for checking that the delivery information entered at checkout is complete and accurate.
If you notice an error before dispatch, contact us immediately. We will try to correct it, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing.
Where an order is returned to us because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address, we may ask the customer to pay the reasonable cost of redelivery.
Alternatively, where legally permitted, we may refund the products after deducting the actual direct delivery or return costs that we have incurred. We will not impose a penalty or arbitrary administration charge.
This does not apply where the delivery problem was caused by Jerk Centre or our appointed delivery carrier.
If a parcel is refused or is not collected from a delivery office or collection point, it may be returned to us.
Once the parcel has been returned, we will contact you to discuss redelivery or an eligible refund.
Where the failed delivery was not caused by Jerk Centre or the carrier, we may charge the reasonable direct cost of redelivery or deduct actual delivery and return costs from a refund where legally permitted.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that stock information is accurate.
If a product becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will contact you and offer an appropriate option, which may include:
- Waiting for the product to become available;
- Dispatching the available products separately at no additional delivery cost;
- Choosing an alternative product with your agreement; or
- Receiving a refund for the unavailable product or cancelling the affected order.
We will not substitute a product without your agreement.
Delivery may occasionally be delayed by circumstances such as severe weather, carrier disruption, industrial action, road closures or unusually high seasonal demand.
We will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and keep you informed where we become aware of a significant delay.
Such circumstances do not remove or restrict your statutory rights, including any rights you may have where an order is delivered late or is not delivered within an agreed or legally required period.
International delivery is not currently available as a standard automated checkout option.
Customers requiring delivery outside the United Kingdom should contact:
Please provide:
- Your full name;
- Complete delivery address;
- Contact telephone number; and
- The products and quantities required.
We will confirm whether delivery is available and provide the delivery charge, estimated delivery time and any relevant restrictions before accepting the order.
International customers may be responsible for import VAT, customs duties, handling charges or other fees imposed by authorities or delivery providers in the destination country. These charges are not controlled by Jerk Centre and will be explained where reasonably possible before the order is accepted.
Customers are responsible for checking whether the products can legally be imported into their destination country.
Wholesale orders are subject to separate business delivery terms.
Our current wholesale delivery arrangements are:
- Free delivery on qualifying UK mainland wholesale orders over £150;
- Delivery charged separately on wholesale orders below £150; and
- Wholesale orders normally dispatched within 24–72 hours.
The applicable delivery charge and estimated delivery time will be confirmed before or during the wholesale ordering process.
Wholesale and other business-to-business orders may be governed by separately agreed trade terms.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Jerk Centre order. This policy explains your rights and what to do if you change your mind or if there is a problem with your order.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or change an order.
Email: info@jerkcentre.com
Please include your name and order number. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
If the order has already been dispatched, please follow the returns procedure below.
For consumer orders placed through our website, you may tell us that you wish to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. You do not need to give us a reason.
Where an order is delivered in separate parcels, the 14-day cancellation period begins when you receive the final parcel.
After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you must return the eligible products within a further 14 days.
Because our products are food items supplied in sealed bottles, products being returned because you have changed your mind must be:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In their original condition
- Complete with the original tamper-evident and hygiene seals intact
- Packaged securely to prevent damage in transit
For health, hygiene and food-safety reasons, we cannot accept a change-of-mind return where a bottle has been opened or its tamper-evident or hygiene seal has been broken.
This restriction does not apply where a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrectly supplied or not as described.
Before returning an order, please email:
Please provide:
- Your name
- Your order number or other proof of purchase
- Details of the products you wish to return
- The reason for the return, where relevant
We will provide return instructions.
Unless we have agreed otherwise, returns should be sent to:
Jerk Centre
2 East Cross Street
Kirton in Lindsey
Lincolnshire
DN21 4DT
United Kingdom
Please package returned products carefully. We recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping proof of postage.
If you are returning an eligible product because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning it to us.
If a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrectly supplied or not as described, Jerk Centre will cover the reasonable cost of returning it. We may provide a prepaid return label or agree another suitable return arrangement.
Please contact us before paying any return postage for a faulty, damaged or incorrect product.
When you cancel and return your entire eligible order, we will refund:
- The price paid for the returned products
- The cost of our standard UK delivery service originally paid for that order
If you selected a delivery service that was more expensive than our standard delivery service, we are only required to refund the equivalent cost of standard delivery.
Where only part of an order is returned, the original delivery charge will not normally be refunded unless required by law.
We do not charge a restocking fee.
We may make a reasonable deduction from a refund if the value of returned goods has been reduced because they have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary. Breaking a food product’s hygiene or tamper-evident seal will normally make it unsuitable for a change-of-mind return.
We will issue an eligible refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after:
- We receive the returned goods; or
- You provide satisfactory evidence that the goods have been returned,
whichever occurs first.
If an order is cancelled before it has been dispatched, the refund will normally be issued within 14 days of us receiving your cancellation request.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless you expressly agree to another method. You will not be charged a fee for receiving your refund.
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to place the funds back into your account.
All products supplied by Jerk Centre must be of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose and as described.
Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible if:
- A bottle arrives broken or leaking
- A tamper-evident seal is damaged on arrival
- You receive the wrong product
- A product is faulty, unsafe or not as described
- Products are missing from your order
- Your parcel has been damaged in transit
Please provide your order number and, where possible, clear photographs of the product, packaging and delivery label. Photographs help us investigate the matter with the delivery company, but requesting photographs does not remove your statutory rights.
Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include:
- A replacement
- A refund
- Another remedy required by law
We will also refund or cover reasonable return costs where the goods are faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrectly supplied or not as described.
Please do not dispose of a damaged or faulty product until we have confirmed whether it needs to be returned, unless keeping it would be unsafe.
Eligible unopened and sealed products may be exchanged where replacement stock is available.
For a change-of-mind exchange, you will normally be responsible for the cost of returning the original product and the cost of sending the replacement product.
Where an exchange is required because a product is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, Jerk Centre will cover the reasonable delivery and return costs.
We may process a refund and ask you to place a new order instead of arranging a direct exchange.
Products that cannot be returned for a change of mind
We cannot accept change-of-mind returns for:
- Food products that have been opened
- Products with a broken or removed hygiene or tamper-evident seal
- Products that have been used, consumed or partly consumed
- Products that have been damaged after delivery
- Personalised or specially produced products, where applicable
- Products liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, where the legal cancellation exception applies
These exclusions do not limit your rights if a product was faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrectly supplied or not as described when delivered.
Please ensure that the delivery address entered at checkout is complete and accurate.
If an order is returned to us because it was refused, uncollected or because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied, we will contact you.
Where the return was not caused by an error by Jerk Centre or the delivery company, we may deduct the reasonable direct return-delivery cost from any refund where legally permitted. Any charge will reflect the actual cost incurred and will not be a penalty or restocking fee.
This does not affect your rights where the delivery failure was caused by us or our appointed delivery company.
The statutory consumer cancellation rights described above apply to customers purchasing wholly or mainly for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession.
Wholesale and other business-to-business orders are governed by the terms agreed at the time of purchase. This does not affect any rights or remedies that a business customer may have in relation to faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed goods.
