Jerk Centre began with a love of Jamaican food, family traditions and the belief that great flavour brings people together.
What started as a small family takeaway has grown into an award-winning sauce brand, inspired by generations of Jamaican heritage and made with love, passion and an occasional splash of madness!
Every market we’ve attended, every new face we’ve met and every encouraging word we’ve received has reminded us why we started this journey.
But here’s the thing…
We’re not interested in building a successful business and forgetting the people who helped us get there.

No. Jerk Centre is an independently owned commercial food business, not a registered charity. Contributions are voluntary business support, not charitable donations, and do not provide shares, ownership rights or a financial return.
