Yardie Drizzle is our sweet, tangy honey, lemon and chilli dressing, made to bring fresh Caribbean flavour to everyday meals. Lightly spicy, beautifully zesty and full of sunshine, it is perfect for customers who want flavour without overpowering heat.
Best served with: salads, grilled chicken, fish, wraps, sandwiches, roasted vegetables and barbecue dishes.
Chef’s tip: Drizzle over a fresh salad just before serving, brush onto grilled chicken for a glossy finish, or use as a dipping sauce for wedges, prawns and crispy halloumi.
FYI: Yardie Drizzle contains honey and is suitable for vegetarians but not vegans. Our three Jamaican jerk sauces are vegan-friendly.
