Classic Jamaican Jerk Chicken

Ingredients
Ingredients: 8 chicken thighs or drumsticks, 5 tablespoons Jerk Centre sauce, juice of 1 lime, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, 1 tablespoon oil, sliced spring onions and fresh thyme.
Directions
Method: Score the chicken and coat thoroughly with the sauce, lime juice, sugar and oil. Marinate for at least 2 hours. Roast at 200°C, 180°C fan, or barbecue over medium heat until deeply browned and cooked through. Brush with a little extra sauce during the final 10 minutes. Finish with spring onion and thyme.
