Ingredients

  • 2 Spring Onion Chopped fine
  • 2 salad tomatoes, removed the seeds and chop into cubes
  • ¼ cup of Black Bean
  • ¼ cup of leftover cooked basmati white rice
  • ¼ cup of tin of sweet corn
  • ½ Small red onion chopped into fine cubes
  • ½ Red Bell Pepper
  • 2 Handful of fresh parsley chopped roughly
  • 2 handful of fresh Coriander chopped roughly
  • Jerk Centre’s Pimp My Salad Dressing

Directions

Place all the ingredients into a bowl. Toss together, then drench it all in Jerk Centre’s Pimp My Salad Dressing.

Then Lastly plate up and serve with whatever takes your fancy.
