Jerk Centre Is Coming to Lincoln Live Unplugged
We’re packing the sauces, putting up the gazebo and bringing a little Jamaican flavour to Lincoln Live Unplugged.
Running alongside this year’s Lincoln Live Mainstage on City Square, Lincoln Live Unplugged offers a more relaxed festival atmosphere for anyone who fancies enjoying the music at a slightly slower pace.
And somewhere amongst the music, people and festival atmosphere, you’ll find the unmistakable Jerk Centre gazebo — stocked with our award-winning jerk sauces, Yardie Drizzle and plenty of flavour.

Keep an eye out for our eye-catching Jerk Centre gazebo, where we’ll be bringing along the sauce range and meeting visitors throughout the event.
Whether you already know Taste From the Ancestors, Duppy Conqueror and Badman Sauce, or you have never tried Jerk Centre before, come over and say hello.
Events like Lincoln Live are one of our favourite opportunities to step away from the website, meet people face to face and introduce our sauces properly.
And yes — there will be samples available, so you can taste before deciding which bottle deserves a place in your kitchen.
From Mild Heat to Badman Fire
One of the best things about tasting the range in person is discovering just how different each sauce can be.
Taste From the Ancestors offers a gentler introduction to Jamaican jerk flavour, while Duppy Conqueror turns the heat up another level.
And for anyone who likes their chilli with considerably more attitude, there is always Badman Sauce – Fireball Hot.
We’ll also have Yardie Drizzle, our Honey, Lemon & Chilli dressing, bringing something a little sweeter and lighter to the table.

That is why events like Lincoln Live Unplugged feel such a natural fit for us.
