This Jerk Pineapple Margarita is bright, tropical and full of Caribbean character. Sweet pineapple juice, sharp fresh lime and smooth tequila come together with a fiery little kick from Jerk Centre jerk sauce, creating a cocktail that is fruity, zesty and gently spicy. Finished with a chilli-salt rim and a lime garnish, it is the perfect drink for summer parties, BBQs, jerk nights or anyone who loves a margarita with a bold island twist.
Instructions
Run lime around the glass rim and dip into chilli salt. Shake tequila, triple sec, pineapple juice, lime juice, syrup and jerk sauce with ice. Strain into the glass over fresh ice and garnish with lime.
