Jerk Centre Mixed Salad
15 - 20 minute
- 2 Spring Onion Chopped fine
- 2 salad tomatoes, removed the seeds and chop into cubes
- ¼ cup of Black Bean
- ¼ cup of leftover cooked basmati white rice
- ¼ cup of tin of sweet corn
- ½ Small red onion chopped into fine cubes
- ½ Red Bell Pepper
- 2 Handful of fresh parsley chopped roughly
- 2 handful of fresh Coriander chopped roughly
- Jerk Centre’s Pimp My Salad Dressing
Place all the ingredients into a bowl. Toss together, then drench it all in Jerk Centre’s Pimp My Salad Dressing.
Then Lastly plate up and serve with whatever takes your fancy.
